They make you sleep better
The feeling of total calm, relaxation and happiness that comes with an orgasm makes you wind down and sleep better. Oxytocin is one of the substances released by an orgasm. It helps the brain relax and therefore it can be a good tip to use if you’re having trouble sleeping.
They boost your immune system
You can improve your immune system with red wine and dark chocolate, but then you have to make sure you don’t get too much of the good stuff. However, that’s not the case when it comes to orgasms.
Several studies indicate that orgasms can increase the amount of IgA (immunoglobulin A) in the body, reducing the risk of infections such as colds. A study was conducted at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, which showed connections between orgasms and IgA. People who had at least two orgasms a week had 30% higher IgA than people who did not receive it.

Calm down with an orgasm! Once again, it is the substance oxytocin that comes to save the day. Oxytocin is known as the “love hormone” that gives you a loving, optimistic and calm feeling when released. In addition to lowering your stress level, oxytocin can also act as a pain reliever. Studies show that an elevated level of oxytocin in the body can alleviate pain such as a headache, cramps and general aches in the body.
They make you look younger

Dr Weeks study showed that a prosperous sex life was the second largest factor that determined how young a person looked.
